Wardrobe tour

When I'm not watching The Jeremy Kyle Show, drinking tea, playing Bingo or knocking back flagons of White Ace cider, you'll find me trawling the charity shops.

Here is a glimpse of my latest charity shop buys and gifts from fellow bloggers. Guess which charity shop is my favourite?
Excuse the badly applied make-up, it was all done in a rush. I don't go out looking the colour of Morph, honest!

I hope the slideshow format works, I've never tried before:

  2. Wales Air Ambulance is clearly where it's at! Some lovely bargains, Luce! Especially loving that navy cardigan with the floral-y detailing on but the Windsmoor jacket looks so chic on you too - red suits you

  3. You are so gorgeous, Lucy! All your outfits are fabulous, I love Krista's top, Curtise's coat, the mohair jumper and all the red, it really suits you. I see we have a couple of twin bangles, obviously because we have great taste.
Your boys are very cute and born poseurs! Hope you're being spoilt for Mothering Sunday. xxx

  4. Hello Lucy:
We are of course not only mesmerised by what you show, but also of the slideshow itself which demonstrates your mastery of modern technology. And, like Vix above, think that your boys, with such happy faces, are adorable.

  5. I'm very impressed by the slideshow - I'm too dim to work out how to do it.

You should have your own column - I'd much rather read something witty and entertaining rather than all of those humourless articles by po-faced fashion journalists.

  6. Ooh, there's clever you are!
You'll have to do us a little how-to on the slide-show business.

I see you're annoying beautiful and photogenic too - my favourites are the purple top from Krista and your mohair cardigan and skirt combo I think. And the coat from Curtise. Your boys are excellent models too.

This mothers' day I have been treated to a trip to a freezing park, and an ice-cream (they decided they'd keep me company)

  7. Red is your colour, clearly. You look stunning in it.

I rarely look at charity shop clothes - must try harder. Oh hang on ....yes I saw an Orla Kiely skirt the other day...fab fab fab - but size 8. Which I am so NOT! Was once but never will be again. And oh yes - a Matthew Williamson coat which I nearly bought but then for some reason didn't - now kicking myself hard.

Lovely little boys you have there - pity they have to grow up and become rancid teens. Am mystified by how my eldest morphed into this adolescent oddity. Hope he grows out of it one day and rejoins the human race.

  11. You are stunning Lucy! Absolutely gorgeous! I looked more at your face than the clothes you were showing us I have to say. I'll just pop back for another look so I can make a relevant comment...
Right, my faves: brown St Michaels dress (whole outfit), Amish frock (you do not look mentally ill!), coat from Curtise and that dreadful cardigan (because it reminds me of my Dad) x

You look amazing in the tops I sent you especially the one that shows off the girls ;P That tapestry bag and floral leather bag are so scrumpcious ~ SCORE! You look so good in that black and silver skirt towards the end and I love the jacket that Curtise sent you.

The shot of the boys is just precious! I hope you had a wonderful Mothers Day. Can't wait to see more of you!!!

  21. I have reason 2 say that everything about u is heavenly. In spite of being blessed with such incomparable gifts u have tangible humbleness in ur eyes to make people admire u with respectful sense.

  22. The slideshow trick is very good!

Great finds there you're looking gorgeous (and not mentally ill at all) in all your goodies!
